蒸汽疏水阀的工作原理及三个节能作用  目前的蒸汽疏水阀型号很多,但其工作原理都是利用蒸汽和凝结水的高度、温度、流速的差异,通过各种机构来实现蒸汽疏水阀的启闭,达到阻汽排水的目的。它主要有三个节能作用。 第一,迅速排出蒸汽使用设备内产生的凝结水,使蒸汽使用设备的加热效率保持在最佳状态,使设备内的凝结水不形成滞留,最大限度地确保设备内的蒸汽空间,这样可经常保持最高的加热效率。一旦蒸汽疏水阀不能充分的发挥作用,由于凝结水的滞留,不仅蒸汽使用设备的性能受到很大的影响,有时甚至使生产设备完全陷于瘫痪。 第二,迅速排出开始启动时设备内的空气和低温凝结水,从而缩短预热运转时间。开始通汽时,蒸汽输送管路和蒸汽使用设备内部都充满了空气,如不将它们排除,就无法送入蒸汽。此外,在蒸汽输送管路和蒸汽使用设备升温达到蒸汽温度的过程中,所产生的初期低温凝结水也要迅速排出,使设备在短时间内实现正常运转,这是提高生产效率的重要条件,特别是间歇生产的场合,由于缩短了预热时间,也就缩短了每次的作业时间,由于增加了处理次数,最终可增加产量。以前,在预热运转时,先开启旁通阀来排放初期空气和低温凝结水,现在由于选用了恰当的蒸汽疏水阀,既可自动排出初期空气和初期低温凝结水,又可节省人力。 第三,降低蒸汽疏水阀自身的蒸汽消耗量。所谓蒸汽疏水阀自身的蒸汽消耗量,一般是指蒸汽泄漏而言,是蒸汽疏水阀动作需要的蒸汽量和散热损失量之和。
